Booking Information
Private & Corporate Events · Bristol & London
Minimum Booking
Private and corporate event bookings are subject to a minimum three-hour engagement. Shorter bookings may occasionally be considered at my discretion.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable seven days before your event.
Changes & Cancellations
As time is reserved exclusively for your event, requests to reduce booked hours or cancel at short notice may incur charges in accordance with the agreed booking terms. Any changes to the booking duration must be confirmed in writing. A reduction in guest numbers or an early finish does not automatically reduce the agreed booking fee.
Travel
Available for private and corporate event bookings throughout Bristol and London, with travel to other locations available by arrangement. Any applicable travel expenses will be quoted in advance.
All booking arrangements and applicable terms are confirmed in writing before your event.
